Experience
With over six years of experience, Mr. Emmanuel Alanís specializes in Intellectual Property Law, particularly in the protection of industrial property, copyright and ancillary rights; registration and processing of trademarks, slogan and trade names, domain names and copyrights, in Mexico and aboard; management and procurement of all types of intellectual property rights (transmissions, mergers, licenses, franchises, coexistence agreements, letters of consent, among other figures); litigation, arbitration and dispute resolutions on distinctive signs; trademark infringements; domain name disputes.
Additionally, Mr. Alanis is adjunct professor at the Faculty of Law of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) in the field of "Intellectual Property of the Company".
